Fielders Ltd is excited to present an opportunity for a GeoEnvironmental Associate or Associate Director based in London. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to balance 3 days per week in the office and remote work effectively. The successful candidate will take on principal responsibilities; overseeing geoenvironmental projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and offering expert consultancy services to clients. Strong leadership and project management skills are essential, as you will be building and guiding a dedicated team while delivering high-quality results.
- Growing the geo-environmental capability within the existing Ground Engineering team
- Developing concept design requirements and geo-environmental project delivery strategy
- Preparing preliminary assessments and/or review and approval of preliminary assessments
- Conducting site investigations including testing, data logging and technical reporting
- Delivering design of mitigation methods and validation
- Establishing new clients and develop existing client relationships through excellent project delivery and repeat business
- Developing fee proposals and contract reviews and approval of same
- Active involvement in all projects under their direction, including project programming and monitoring
- Conducting site investigations including testing, data logging and technical reporting
Experience and knowledge
- Relevant experience working in geo-environmental discipline
- Previous experience working on buildings and infrastructure projects
- Chartered status
